refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. however, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • we transfer the money through Instapay, any mobile wallet, or bank accounts as soon as we receive the package.
  • refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
  •  customers can exchange each item only once—once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  •  Due to the nature of our products (swimwear) and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered — except in the following cases:  • The item received is damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect. • The item received is wrong or not the same color, In these cases, you give it back to the courier before he leaves.
  •  Ordering the wrong size (please refer to our size chart before purchasing). Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help in case of any issues related to incorrect or faulty deliveries.
